Job Description
Kadisco Paint Factory is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Intern to support day-to-day production operations. The intern will assist with data collection, documentation, record-keeping, and hands-on production activities, especially during peak periods.
Required Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
- 0–1 year experience (Fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Production In-Charge with routine daily operational tasks
- Support data collection, documentation, and proper record keeping
- Provide hands-on support during critical operations to reduce bottlenecks
- Assist in preparing documentation for HIRA and ISO 14001 requirements
- Participate in daily production planning meetings
- Support employee coordination on the shop floor
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor
