Production Pharmacist – Cadila Pharmaceuticals (Ethiopia) PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly production targets.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and production resources.
• Facilitate and support regulatory audits.
• Provide training to technical staff.
• Troubleshoot production-related problems and implement effective solutions.
• Support cost-reduction and yield-improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to efficient and smooth pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.

💼 Experience:

• More than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in related fields may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work effectively in a production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
• Ability to work toward production targets and deadlines.
