Project Counselor – OPRIFS(Organization for Prevention, Rehabilitation and Integration of Female Street Children )

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure children are protected and receive professional care at all times.
• Provide individual counseling and group guidance.
• Conduct life-skills training and therapeutic activities.
• Support children in recovering from traumatic experiences.
• Guide, motivate, and encourage children to actively participate in Safe Home activities.
• Plan, implement, and follow up on guidance and counseling interventions.
• Work closely with the Safe Home team and relevant staff to support children's well-being.
• Maintain professional and confidential counseling practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BA Degree in Psychology.
• 0 years and above relevant experience; candidates with direct-work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills.
• Strong ability to work directly with vulnerable children.
• Compassion, patience, professionalism, and commitment to child protection.
