Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, Sociology, Social Work, Education, Labour Studies or related field.
• Experience in youth employment, workforce development, internships, TVET, livelihoods or economic empowerment.
• Experience coordinating donor-funded projects.
• Experience engaging private-sector organizations, TVETs, universities, government and youth networks.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk monitoring and duty of care.
• Frequent field travel required.
