Promotion & PR Manager – AKOYA PROPERTIES

The successful candidate will develop and execute promotional and PR strategies, manage campaigns and events, build relationships with media and influencers, and work closely with Sales and Marketing to turn brand attention into measurable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative promotion and PR strategies.
• Plan and manage brand campaigns, launches, activations, and promotional events.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, content creators, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for significant brand exposure.
• Manage press releases, announcements, PR communications, and corporate communications.
• Coordinate promotional materials, outdoor advertising, digital promotions, and events.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support measurable business growth.
• Develop creative promotional ideas that differentiate AKOYA PROPERTIES in the real-estate market.
• Monitor public perception, market trends, competitors, and promotional opportunities.
• Measure campaign performance and improve promotional strategies.
• Strengthen and protect the professional image and reputation of AKOYA PROPERTIES.

Qualifications & Experience

• BA/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in PR, promotions, marketing, communications, brand management, or a related area.
• Experience in the real-estate industry is an advantage.
