Job Description
Peace Success Industry PLC invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for Quality & Production Head who Leads and supervises quality control and production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing, product quality compliance, and continuous process improvement in soap, detergent, and body care production.
Qualification
- BSc in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
Experience - Minimum of 5 years and above
Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production and quality control processes
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety standards
- Improve production efficiency and product quality
- Supervise technical and production teams
- Prepare operational and quality reports
