Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the handover of residential and commercial units
• Oversee on-site property and estate operations
• Supervise maintenance activities, defect management, and service providers
• Serve as the main liaison with homeowners, shop owners, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards

Minimum Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including large-scale property or estate management
• Proven experience in property handover and customer transition
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
