Real Estate Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through referrals, social media, and walk-ins.
• Conduct property tours and site visits for potential buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and finalize transactions smoothly.
• Maintain knowledge of available projects, pricing, and payment options.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns.
• Stay informed about real estate trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in real estate sales or a similar field (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident, customer-focused, and persuasive personality.
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet sales targets under pressure.
• Fluency in Amharic (English proficiency an advantage).
• Knowledge of Addis Ababa’s property market is a plus.
