Job Description
Hosea Real Estate is seeking a motivated and skilled Real Estate Sales Consultant to drive sales performance, build strong client relationships, and guide potential buyers through the property purchase journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate or related sales roles
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal abilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various sources
- Prepare sales presentations and schedule site visits
- Guide and assist clients in choosing suitable property options
- Communicate professionally and maintain a positive client experience
- Assess client needs and financial capacity to propose tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet monthly and weekly sales targets
- Negotiate with prospective clients to close deals
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate sales efforts with the marketing team
- Promote and explain the company’s programs and property offerings
- Respond to client inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain a professional appearance in alignment with company standards
