Real Estate Sales Persons

Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels including social media and referrals.
• Conduct property tours and site visits with prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Negotiate offers and prepare necessary sales agreements.
• Stay updated on available property listings, prices, and market trends.
• Report daily and weekly performance updates to the sales manager.
• Support marketing campaigns and participate in promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (preferred).
  Experience: Minimum of 3 months proven experience in real estate sales.

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Knowledge of Addis Ababa’s real estate market (advantage)
