Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding the company’s sales operations in the marble and granite sector. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing regional sales teams, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies
- Manage and supervise sales teams to achieve targets
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle major client accounts
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams
🎓 Education: MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Marketing,Human Resource Management, or related fields
📅 Experience: Minimum 7 years, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
