Job Description

The Regional Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing sales operations within assigned territories. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, supervising sales representatives, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring effective promotion of pharmaceutical and medical products in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualification:

MSc/BSc in Pharmacy

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in Pharmaceutical & Medical Supplies
  • Senior-level experience in Sales & Promotion Supervision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise regional sales teams
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage assigned sales territories
  • Plan and conduct visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
  • Monitor sales targets and prepare performance reports
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
  • Ensure compliance with EFDA regulations

Required Skills:

  • Strong pharmaceutical product knowledge
