🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of broad technical experience covering areas such as:
  • Databases
  • Applications
  • Infrastructure
  • Cloud
  • Software development
  • Enterprise architecture
  • Solutions architecture
  • System design

💻 Preferred & Required Skills

• Professional experience/certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/IIBA) is preferred.
• Understanding of software development life cycle.
• Experience with Agile (SAFe/Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience designing and delivering complex technical roadmaps.
• Ability to work with third-party suppliers.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive initiatives without formal authority.
• Ability to guide others on architecture principles.
• Working knowledge of telecom domains including VAS, Charging, CRM and Digital Services.
