🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project/program management experience.
• PMP certification or similar is an advantage.

📡 Technical Experience

• Experience in telecom rollout or technology infrastructure projects.
• Experience with telecom networks and power solutions.
• Strong understanding of telecom power and network components.
• Knowledge of power & TI connection procedures, permits, and integration with telecom infrastructure.
• Familiarity with electrical safety codes for telecom site deployments.

💻 Additional Skills

• Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for reporting and data visualization.
• Strong performance analysis skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage engineers, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
