Job Description
Safaricom Ethiopia is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Network Deployment to oversee telecom infrastructure and network rollout programs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of project/program management experience.
- Experience in telecom rollout or technology infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of telecom networks and power solutions.
- Understanding of power and TI connection procedures, permits and telecom infrastructure integration.
- Familiarity with electrical safety requirements for telecom site deployments.
- Strong leadership skills for managing engineers, vendors and contractors.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar reporting/data visualization tools.
- PMP certification or similar is an advantage.
