Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting company products, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. The role requires active field engagement, client relationship management, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products and services
- Identify and develop new customers and markets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Visit construction sites and clients regularly
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
Education:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Driving license required
- Excellent communication and customer handling
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
