Sales and Marketing Officer – Mega Lab PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Promote diagnostic laboratory services to private clinics, hospitals, corporate clients, and healthcare practitioners across Dire Dawa and surrounding regions.
• Create, publish, and manage engaging content across company social media platforms to build brand awareness, highlight services, and share health tips.
• Monitor company social media channels and respond promptly to client inquiries and direct messages.
• Direct online referrals to the laboratory and support effective client communication.
• Gather market intelligence and client feedback to improve promotional activities and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication, marketing, and customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of social media content creation and management.
• Ability to promote services and build relationships with healthcare providers and corporate clients.
• Good market research and client feedback analysis skills.
• Strong organizational skills and timely response to customer inquiries.
