Job Description

Enisra Trading PLC is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for female applicants who are passionate about sales, communication, and building strong client relationships in a fast-paced business environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through client referrals and market research.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products to potential customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, appointments, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Analyze competitor products and recommend improvements for market advantage.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales and expense reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates eligible).
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional local or international languages are an advantage.
