Job Description
Trans North Trading PLC is looking for a motivated Sales Representative responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Identify and prospect potential customers using various sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
Sales Performance
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
Collaboration & Market Analysis
- Work with the sales team and sales manager to develop sales strategies.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in a CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM systems is an advantage.
