Job Summary

Sebeta Agro Industry PLC is looking for motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representatives to join its sales team. The successful candidates will identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, promote products and services, and achieve sales targets through face-to-face customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
• Visit prospective, existing, and lost customers.
• Present company products and services to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Manage customer information and activities through CRM.
• Respond professionally to customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Negotiate with customers and work toward closing sales.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Work toward assigned sales targets.

Education Requirements

BA Degree in:
