Job Description

Oromia Mining Share Company is seeking a qualified Secretary to support administrative operations at its Head Office in Addis Ababa. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and office management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administration and correspondence
  • Handle document filing, scheduling, and records management
  • Draft and proofread official letters and reports
  • Assist management with communication and coordination
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional office workflow

Requirements:

  • Diploma or BA in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related field
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience
