Senior Accountant – Med Empire Trading PLC

The successful candidate will also assist with payroll reporting, invoicing, payment documentation, and other finance and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
• Manage and maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Prepare invoices and handle payment-related documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting files and financial reports.
• Support other finance and administrative activities as required.
• Take a leading role in accelerating and improving cash collection.
• Ensure financial records and supporting documents are properly maintained.
• Provide general support to the finance function as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

Required Skills

• Strong accounting and financial documentation skills.
• Good understanding of payroll reporting and financial records.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage payment and invoicing documentation.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to support effective cash collection.
• Proficiency in using a laptop/computer for work.
