Senior Construction Engineer – CCECC Ethiopian Construction Plc.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction activities on site.
• Plan, execute, and monitor construction works according to approved project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and project teams.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and workmanship.
• Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related challenges.
• Support project scheduling and resource coordination.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project milestones and support timely completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary construction activities.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement of construction activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working on large construction projects and construction sites is preferred.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Microsoft Project and other project management tools
• Construction planning and site supervision
• Project execution and coordination
• Construction quality and safety management.
