Senior Customs Declarant – Moude Group One Membre PLC

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations and clearance documents.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, clients, freight forwarders, and transporters.
• Follow up on customs inspections, assessments, payments, and shipment releases.
• Process customs declarations through Ethiopian electronic customs systems.
• Identify and resolve documentation and compliance issues before submission.
• Maintain accurate and confidential customs and shipment records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Ethiopian customs regulations and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in customs clearance/declaration.

Mandatory Requirement:

• Applicants must have a valid Ethiopian Customs Declarant Certification.
