Qualifications

• BSc Degree or above in Environmental Science, Environmental Health, Sanitary Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in food or beverage manufacturing (water bottling preferred)

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and sanitation systems
• Understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with SSOP and hygiene auditing systems
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to conduct inspections and risk assessments

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sanitation and hygiene procedures
• Monitor compliance with food safety standards and company policies
• Conduct regular hygiene inspections and audits
• Train staff on hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of production areas
• Investigate contamination risks and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare compliance and inspection reports
• Liaise with regulatory authorities when required
