Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits across business processes.
• Lead and manage audit activities to ensure business processes are properly implemented.
• Analyze and evaluate accounting and financial documents.
• Prepare clear audit reports documenting findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Identify and assess significant business risks and internal control weaknesses.
• Evaluate corporate governance processes and recommend improvements.
• Work with management to develop practical solutions to identified risks and control gaps.
• Conduct follow-up audits to assess implementation of agreed management actions.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain continuous professional knowledge of industry regulations, audit standards, best practices, tools, and techniques.
• Support improvements in internal controls, risk management, and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

💼 Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as an Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor.

🏭 Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.

🍴 Previous experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office
• Experience with accounting software and databases
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with computer-assisted audit techniques
• Ability to identify business risks and evaluate internal controls
• Strong report-writing and communication skills
