Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Plumbing, Electricity, Woodwork, Sanitary, or related fields.

Work Experience:

Minimum 4 years proven experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of company buildings and facilities.
• Diagnose technical problems and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Maintain maintenance records and report major faults.
• Support installation and renovation works.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong general maintenance and repair skills.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
