Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete manufacturing process from raw material receiving to finished product dispatch.
• Develop, optimize, and validate formulations for cleaning and hygiene products.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production workflows.
• Supervise raw material inspection, batching, mixing, filling, labeling, packaging, and warehousing operations.
• Develop and maintain Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) systems.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, workplace safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage production teams and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in:
  • Chemistry
  • Industrial Chemistry
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Related fields

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in chemical manufacturing or related industrial production environments is required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of chemical production processes.
• Experience in formulation development and production optimization.
• Knowledge of GMP, QC, QA, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage production operations effectively.
