Senior Sales Manager – Sunmate Furniture

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting furniture and whole-house customization products, achieving regional sales targets, managing the complete sales cycle, and providing market intelligence to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the market and acquire new customers in Addis Ababa and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Promote furniture and whole-house customization products.
• Achieve assigned regional sales targets and business objectives.
• Manage the full sales process, from customer needs assessment through order processing and after-sales coordination.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional business challenges.
• Provide timely market feedback and sales insights to management.
• Identify new business opportunities and support continued sales growth.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in furniture sales is mandatory.
