Job Description

The Senior Sales Officer oversees major customer accounts, ensures smooth sales operations, and supports business growth through strong relationship management. The role includes supervising key sales activities, preparing reports, coordinating with logistics and finance teams, and guiding junior sales staff to achieve performance targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product and pricing information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers and distributors
  • Manage high-value accounts and support market expansion initiatives
  • Review and approve Price Quotations prepared by Sales Officers
  • Monitor order processing and resolve delays or bottlenecks
  • Coordinate with logistics for efficient dispatch and delivery tracking
  • Prepare consolidated daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Follow up on payment terms and customer credit limits with Finance
  • Support and train new sales staff

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales Management, Marketing Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
  • Knowledge of CRM, sales processes, and reporting methods
