Senior Strategic Transformation & Organizational Development Officer-Adiu Communication Service PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into departmental plans, milestones, KPIs, and implementation trackers.
• Monitor implementation progress and identify bottlenecks, delays, and root causes.
• Support departments in aligning plans, OKRs, KPIs, and initiatives with company strategy.
• Conduct competitor, market, policy, regulatory, technology, and ecosystem research.
• Identify grants, projects, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Develop feasibility studies, business cases, opportunity assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor organizational risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Lead approved organizational transformation and process-improvement initiatives.
• Develop frameworks, tools, executive reports, and presentations.
• Support organizational effectiveness, change management, and continuous improvement.
• Use AI and digital productivity tools to improve research, analysis, reporting, and productivity.
• Conduct organizational audits and reviews to ensure strategic compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic assignments with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing Management, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in strategy, organizational development, M&E, business analysis, performance management, market research, project coordination, or continuous improvement.

Experience in ICT, telecom, technology, engineering, renewable energy, BPO/ITO, or related sectors is an advantage.
