Senior Tender Officer – Green Scene Energy PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete bid calendar from advertisement to award.
• Develop and maintain tender compliance matrices.
• Coordinate document control and clarification processes.
• Work with engineering teams on technical tender volumes.
• Coordinate SLDs, simulations, and other technical requirements.
• Conduct bid-loss reviews and apply lessons learned to future tenders.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4+ years of experience preparing competitive tenders in Ethiopia.
• Experience in energy, construction, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of NCB and donor tender procedures.
• Excellent document management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to compliance and deadlines.

Salary

ETB 45,000–60,000
