Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized university
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in construction projects

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills with contractors and stakeholders
• Proficiency in preparing BOQs, take-off sheets, and project schedules
• Good knowledge of finishing works, payment processes, and quality control
• Ability to prepare and manage project documentation and reports
