Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and schedules
• Perform site surveying and set out works accurately
• Provide technical guidance to workers and subcontractors
• Inspect materials and ensure compliance with construction standards and client requirements
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and architects
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports and coordinate with the office engineer
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
• Identify hazards and report to head office when necessary
• Manage site inventory, material ordering, and resource utilization
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Education

• BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Ability to start work immediately

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D
• Experience with surveying instruments and site layout
• Strong understanding of technical drawings
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
