Job SummaryLet Me Be a Child is looking for a qualified and committed Social Worker to provide social work support and services to vulnerable children and families. The successful candidate will contribute to child wellbeing, case management, referrals, documentation, and community-based child protection activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide social work support and services to vulnerable children and families.
- Conduct assessments and follow up on children's needs and wellbeing.
