Key Responsibilities

Technical Installation & Maintenance

• Perform advanced installations, maintenance, and repairs of ICT systems and equipment.
• Conduct required tests after repairs or maintenance work.
• Schedule and implement preventive and corrective maintenance for ICT equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of networks, servers, printers, photocopiers, and other office systems.

ICT Asset & Inventory Management

• Manage ICT and non-ICT equipment inventory.
• Conduct physical stock counts and update inventory records regularly.
• Maintain asset records, barcode scanning, and asset registration in TMS.
• Keep records of loan documents and donation certificates.

Technical Support

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Support staff training and user assistance on IT systems and telecom equipment.
• Assist the ICT team in maintaining backup systems and network infrastructure.
• Support Windows system deployment and device management.

Coordination & Reporting

• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
• Inform supervisors about equipment damage, theft, or technical issues.
• Work with other technicians or supervise small teams when required.
• Support emergency interventions by preparing ICT equipment.

Job Requirements

Education

Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years professional experience in the IT field.
• Experience working with NGOs or international organizations is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Advanced networking (Cisco Meraki, Fortinet)
• Microsoft Office 365
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Office equipment maintenance
• Basic CCTV systems
• Microsoft Intune device management

Language

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of additional local languages is an asset.
