Stock Controller (Pharmaceuticals) – EMDF International PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, maintain, and issue pharmaceutical products while ensuring inventory accuracy and proper documentation.
• Implement appropriate pharmaceutical storage standards, including product classification and designated storage zones.
• Monitor and record storage conditions, including temperature and humidity.
• Track product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate the reporting and proper disposal of expired, damaged, or non-compliant pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the inventory management system.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
• Ensure pharmaceutical products are handled and stored according to applicable standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical stock control, warehouse management, or inventory management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical storage and inventory management practices.
• Good documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

Mandatory License/Certification

Applicants must hold one of the following valid credentials:

• Valid Druggist License, or
• Valid Pharmacist License / Practicing Pharmacist Certificate
