Job Description

Responsible for monitoring and implementing strategic initiatives across the bank. Ensures that projects, policies, and operational improvements are executed effectively and on schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor strategic plans and project implementation across departments.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior management on progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate meetings and follow-ups to ensure strategic alignment.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting capabilities.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and financial services is advantageous.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience, including 2 years as Associate Planning & Monitoring Officer or equivalent.
