System Manager

As a System Manager at Moha's Trading, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s IT systems and infrastructure. You will ensure that all systems run smoothly, are secure, and meet the company’s operational needs. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, implementing new technologies, and managing IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the company’s IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• System Upgrades: Plan and execute system upgrades and installations, ensuring minimal disruption to company operations.
• Security Management: Implement and manage security protocols to protect company data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and overseeing service delivery.
• Project Management: Lead and participate in IT projects, including system migrations, implementations, and improvements.
• User Support: Provide technical support and training to staff as needed, ensuring effective use of IT resources.
• Compliance: Ensure that all IT operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a System Manager, IT Manager, or similar role, with a strong background in managing IT systems and infrastructure.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in system administration (Windows, Linux), network management, and cybersecurity. Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies is an advantage.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Project Management: Experience managing IT projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
