Job Description
Job SummarySpring of Knowledge Academy is seeking qualified and experienced Afan Oromo Teachers to join its academic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for planning and delivering effective Afan Oromo lessons, supporting students’ language development, assessing academic performance, and creating an engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Afan Oromo lessons according to curriculum requirements.
- Teach reading, writing, speaking, and grammar skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities.
- Assess students’ learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active student participation.
- Monitor students’ academic performance and prepare progress reports.
- Support students in improving their language skills.
- Perform other related teaching duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Afan Oromo or related field of study.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 5 years relevant teaching experience.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and teaching skills.

- Ability to prepare effective lesson plans and learning materials.
