Job Description
The Finance Head will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with legal standards, providing strategic financial guidance, and supporting management in decision-making. This role requires strong expertise in accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting, particularly within the manufacturing sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee financial planning and strategy.
- Manage daily financial operations including production costs, sales, supplies, expenditures, and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decisions.
- Develop budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Conduct cost analysis and provide insights to optimize operations.
- Maintain and manage accounting software systems (Peachtree, Excel).
- Apply IFRS standards in financial reporting and operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BA Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Peachtree, Excel, and IFRS application.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
