Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Maintain general ledger and financial records.
• Process payroll and manage financial transactions.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to management.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Monitor project budgets and control expenditures.
• Conduct cost analysis and recommend efficiency improvements.

Compliance & Audit Support

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Support internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications

• BA in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably in construction companies.

Additional Requirements

• Strong computer proficiency and experience with accounting software.
• Relevant finance-related training.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
