Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, technical drawings, and specifications
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and management teams
• Research design trends, materials, and technologies
• Mentor junior designers and manage design workflow
• Ensure designs are innovative, functional, and aligned with company standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in furniture or product design

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling, and other design tools
• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving
• Project management and teamwork
• Ability to convert concepts into manufacturable products
