Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure smooth administrative workflow, and support accounting, HR, and procurement functions. The ideal candidate is reliable, accurate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Handle daily financial operations and maintain proper workflow.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Manage petty cash, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents.
- Prepare payroll sheets, allowances, and deductions when assigned.
Administrative & Support Tasks
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Assist with purchasing activities.
- Provide HR-related administrative support.
- Follow up on outstanding bank transactions and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Education: BA in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant hands-on experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (Peachtree, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong computer skills with excellent organization and accuracy.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
