Position Summary

Transcend International School is seeking an energetic and experienced Physical Education Teacher to deliver high-quality PE and sports programmes that promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, confidence, and healthy lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Physical Education lessons.
• Develop students’ physical skills, fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Organize and supervise sports activities and competitions.
• Support extracurricular sports programmes.
• Promote participation, inclusion, and positive sporting values.
• Ensure appropriate safety and safeguarding practices during physical activities.
• Contribute to school sports events and community activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.

Experience

• Previous teaching experience in an international-school environment.
• Experience organizing sports competitions and extracurricular activities.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of sports and Physical Education practices.
• Strong classroom/group management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to motivate students.
• Ability to promote teamwork and discipline.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
