Fassilo Woodworks is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager who delivers measurable results. This role requires a leader who builds strong teams, drives accountability, and consistently achieves revenue targets across diverse market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, structure, and scale the sales team with clear targets and accountability frameworks
- Drive revenue growth across multiple market segments:
- Individual homeowners and consumers
- Construction contractors and consultants
- Real estate developers
- Develop and execute practical sales strategies aligned with market realities
- Ensure strong product knowledge across wood-based finishing materials and furniture
- Utilize CRM systems, sales analytics, and modern tools to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role with demonstrated revenue growth
- Strong team leadership and performance management skills
- Experience in wood products, finishing materials, furniture, or related industries (strong advantage)
- Experience selling to at least one core sector (homeowners, contractors, or developers)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
