Major Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial records and accounting documents
• Oversee daily accounting operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Analyze financial data to support management decision-making
• Improve and streamline accounting processes for accuracy and efficiency
• Mentor and support junior accounting staff

Qualification

• BA or MA Degree in Accounting or related fields

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Senior Accountant
• Experience in business companies is an added advantage

Language Requirements

• Proficiency in Amharic and English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Afan Oromo is an advantage
