Required Qualifications

  • MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related fields

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a related position
  • Work experience must be verified and presented in written form during registration

Expected Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of microfinance products and services
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and systems
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements related to microfinance
  • Excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Mandatory: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
