Job Description

The senior IT Auditor responsible for evaluating and auditing IT systems, internal controls, and financial processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. The role involves reviewing system security, assessing risks, verifying financial data accuracy, and supporting improvements.

Qualification

BA Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field

Experience

  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • At least 2 years in IT Audit

Required Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of IT governance and risk management
  • Understanding of audit standards and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to evaluate IT controls and system security
  • Knowledge of microfinance core banking systems
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct IT system audits and internal control reviews
  • Evaluate system security, data protection, and operational risks
  • Identify control gaps and recommend improvements
  • Monitor compliance with policies and procedures
  • Prepare audit findings and follow-up reports
