Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / Level IV / BSc in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in construction materials or road works laboratory
• Experience as Lead Lab Technician or Lab Supervisor preferred
• Experience in road construction industry strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing and analysis of construction materials (soil, aggregates, asphalt, concrete)
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration
• Prepare accurate reports for project management and quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Supervise junior lab staff and train them on procedures

Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering materials testing
• Ability to manage lab operations and teams
• Attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Knowledge of road construction materials and standards
